(1) The surface of alloy ingots should be clean, free of oil stains, corrosion spots, slag and non-metallic inclusions.
(2) The fracture structure of the alloy ingot should be dense, without serious segregation, shrinkage, slag and non-metallic inclusions.
(3) For high-purity alloy chains and alloy ingots with special quality requirements, the gas content can be measured and the microstructure inspection can be performed as needed.
(4) The weight difference of each alloy ingot should be within 10%.
(5) Each alloy ingot shall be stamped with the batch number (or furnace number) and the alloy ingot code.
(6) Alloy ingots should be packed according to heat number.
